Software Security Support Policy for Robotic Vacuum Cleaners
At Roborock, we are committed to ensuring the security of our robotic vacuum cleaners. We will diligently monitor and uphold software security throughout the stipulated security period. We will provide software security updates for robotic vacuum cleaners for a minimum of 2 years.
The support period will not be shortened after publication. If the defined support period is extended, we will update the lists below as soon as possible.
